Pre-Payment w/Check
1. You can place the order online, select "Prepay w/check" as payment method, get an order number
and order confirmation for the total amount of your order. Then get a cashier's check or money order
from you bank for the exact amount and mail the check with a copy of the order sheet to us. We'll ship
your products within 1-2 business days after the check is received. and 7 more business if send by
Personal or Company check (need to be clear after deposit the bank), Your order will be canceled if we
do not receive your payment in 10 business days. Orders via Prepay w/check are not confirmed until
payment is received.
2. Pre Pay with Checks: To Prepay with a check or money order: send payment along with your name,
company name if applicable, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and a list of the items you are

credit card. Please indicate in the comments section of the order form that the card is a government

We also do take PURCHASE ORDERS from government agencies and educational institutions. you
need to fax a formal P.O. with a cover letter on a government or educational institution letterhead to
609-228-4149. The PURCHASE ORDER must have the following information: Purchase Order
Number, Billing and Shipping address, Contact Person, Telephone and Fax number, and Billing
Terms requested . The PURCHASE ORDER must be signed by a authorized representative.
You can get the exact amount of your order (parts plus shipping) by placing a pretend order with
www.pcwebshoper.com and print out the last page of the order form before the order is actually
submitted. You then present this page to your accounting department for the purchase order.
Except UPS, we do ship to APO and FPO address by US Postal Services (USPS). Please place the
order online like you would normally. The computer will not generate a correct shipping charge because
it is being shipped to an APO/FPO. Our sales team will e-mail you an accurate and correct shipping
charge and obtain your approval before the order is actually processed.
