(RMA) Return Merchansize Authorization Policy

Please make a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request before return items to PC
WebShopper.com.
- To apply RMA number, please write down the order number - sagetac-?, invoice number, item
number, serial number and short description of reason to return, email to
rma@pcwebshopper.com then you will get RMA soon
The serial number(s) of the item(s) returned must match the serial number(s) listed on the origional
sales invoce(s). If these numbers do not match. PC Webshopper.com is not responsible for the
replacement or refund of the items, and the RMA will be invalidated. The items whose serial numbers
do not match will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
When returning a product for RMA, the RMA number you were given when you requested service
must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. PC WebShopper.com reserves the right to refuse the
packages as is.
All shipments must be prepaid. Physical damages void all warranty. PC WebShopper.com will not be
responsible for any shipping damage or loss. All claims for shipping damage must be presented to the
shipping carrier(UPS ..) immediately.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) products must be processed for RMA within 7 working days of the invoice
date, We do not have Recall Service even the DOA due to the all products are manufacturer
origional packaged, , All defective items will be replaced or repaired within the Terms and Limits
Manufacturer's Warranty. PC WebShopper.com is not liable if, but not limited to, the manufacturer is
not in business or the product is irreplaceable.
All return merchandise must be received by us before a replacement can be sent out. No Cross
Shipment Available.
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging ( including all corresonding parts, manuals,
cables, and diskettes, etc.); otherwise, packaging materials will be billed for each item.
PC WebShopper.com will not be responsible for any phsical damage or modified product. System must
be "As shipped configuration".
RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after being issued. After 10 days, customer must contact us to
reconfirm the RMA.
Terms of Refund/Credit
No Refundable claims on :
* Assemble, Freight fee
* Opened software ( License seal is opened )
* Opened and used cases (chassis)
* Any items that are defaced or physical damaged by end-users. We deserve the right to check the
condition of the returned items before issuing refund
* Any items that become non-functional due to user error or virus
* Clearance items that are marked as non-refundable
* Any items that have the warranty label/mark removed by customer that cannot be verified as our
products
* Any items that do not have a matching serial number between the product and the original receipt
* Any retail boxed items returned without the original retail box, manual, driver CD/diskette, or cable set
* Memory, processors, Notebooks PC and Most Consumer Electronics
* Any items other than memory, CPUs, Notebooks PC and most Consumer Electronics returned after
30 days
* Products other than above condition can be returned for 15% restocking fee and for unopened case (
due to poor box condition for resale ), after 7 days repair only.
* Merchadise returned for credit or refund must in complete and factory origional condition. Damaged
items or items returned in a condition unsatisfactory for resale will void the refund or credit process.
